February Catch Up
Hi friends! I wanted to check in and let you know what I have been up to and give you some information about what is ahead. We are officially three weeks into my current 6-Week Group Coaching Program, and I couldn’t be happier with how it’s going. This group has shown up with honesty, curiosity, and a real commitment to themselves—and it shows.
I am loving our weekly Zoom meetings. The conversations have been informative, supportive, and real. What I appreciate most is that the group helps guide the direction of our discussions. The topics they’ve chosen are what is important to them as a group and is a reminder of how powerful it is when women come together to learn, share, and support one another through similar experiences.
Looking Ahead: Next Group Begins March 15th
Because this round has been going so well, I’m excited to share that my next 6-Week Group Coaching Program begins March 15th. If you’ve been thinking about joining but weren’t quite ready, this is a great opportunity to jump in!
My Role as a Support Person in Menopause & Midlife Health
On another note, I want to let give you a little bit more information about how I can help you individually. As a certified health and wellness and menopause coach, I want to be very clear about something important:
menopause therapy is about so much more than hormones.
While medication can absolutely be helpful and necessary for some women, it is only one piece of a much bigger picture.
My role is to support you in all of the areas that impact how you feel day to day, including:
Sleep and energy
Nutrition and fueling your body properly
Understanding what’s happening in your body (education matters)
Stress management and nervous system support
Body changes, weight shifts, strength, and confidence
Building habits that actually fit your life
This is about helping you feel informed, supported, and empowered—not overwhelmed.
What It’s Really Like to Meet With a Coach
Many women ask what coaching actually feels like. The simplest answer?
It’s like having a trusted, judgment-free confidant who is fully in your corner.
Coaching is not about perfection, pressure, or being told what to do. It’s about:
Being heard
Having a safe space to talk openly
Problem-solving together
Learning how to support your body instead of fighting it
Feeling less alone in this phase of life
Whether we’re meeting one-on-one or in a group setting, my goal is always the same: to help you feel supported, capable, and confident in the choices you’re making for your health.
If you’re curious about the next group starting March 15th, or want to learn more about working together individually, I’d love to connect. You don’t have to navigate this stage of life alone—and you deserve support that looks at the whole you.
I want to hear from YOU!
Before I wrap up, I’d love your input. I’m currently gathering ideas for free monthly events and starting to get some dates on the calendar. If there’s a topic, workshop, Q&A, or type of event you’d love to see—please let me know. Your feedback truly helps shape what I offer, and I am always open to suggestions that would be most helpful and meaningful to you.
Feel free to reach out anytime! I would love to connect.

Happy New Year
Hello friends!
As we step into a new year, it’s a natural time to pause and reflect. The past year likely brought growth, challenges, wins, and lessons—some expected, some not. Before rushing into resolutions, I encourage you to take a moment to acknowledge where you’ve been and what you’ve learned along the way.
The new year doesn’t have to be about extreme goals or quick fixes. A new year does not have to mean an extreme diet and exercise. It’s about creating healthy habits, building consistency, and setting intentions that support your overall well-being—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Small, sustainable changes are what lead to lasting results!
Setting intentions can look like:
Moving your body in ways that feel good
Nourishing yourself with supportive foods
Improving sleep, stress management, and energy
Creating routines that fit your real life
As a certified health, wellness and menopause coach, I would love to support you in making these lifelong changes. As a certified menopause coach I also work with women navigating hormonal changes, energy shifts, sleep challenges, nutrition, strength training, and overall lifestyle support during this transition.
If you’re not ready for one-on-one coaching, I’m also offering a 6-week group coaching session starting January 11. This program is designed to provide motivation, accountability, and encouragement in a supportive group environment—so you don’t have to do it alone. For more details about this exciting program check out sarahlessercoaching.com/events.
Whether your goal is to feel stronger, healthier, more energized, or simply more consistent, there is a place for you here.
If you’re interested in learning more, I’d love to connect and help you find the right next step for you.
Here’s to a healthy, balanced start to the new year.
Warmly,
Sarah
Health and Holidays
Hello friends,
As we head into the heart of the holiday season, I wanted to send a little reminder to slow down, breathe, and truly enjoy this special time of year. The holidays bring so many wonderful moments—gatherings, traditions, cozy nights in—and it’s easy to get swept up in the busyness. This is your gentle nudge to soak it all in and make space for the people and experiences that matter most.
Even with the celebrations, it’s still important to keep some of your healthy routines in place—but remember, they can look a little different right now. Movement doesn’t have to be your usual gym session or a long structured workout. A walk with family, a few minutes of stretching, an at-home workout, or even dancing around the kitchen while you cook can keep your body feeling good and your energy balanced. Small, flexible habits can go a long way this time of year.
Most importantly, give yourself permission to enjoy this season. Laugh, rest, connect, have fun, and let yourself be present. Balance—not perfection—is the real goal.
And if you’re already thinking ahead to the new year, there’s still time to sign up for my Kickstart 2026 Coaching Program. I’d love to support you as you enter the new year feeling healthy, confident, and ready for what’s next.
Wishing you a joyful, peaceful, and healthy holiday season.
Warmly,
Sarah
Getting to Know Me
It all begins with an idea.
Welcome!
I’m so thrilled to have you here. Whether we've crossed paths through my various life adventures or you’re new to my journey, I want to take a moment to share a bit about why I started my health and wellness business—and why it’s so deeply meaningful to me.
A Journey of Transformation
My path to health and wellness wasn’t a straight line. Instead, it was a series of transformative moments that gradually led me to where I am today. Over the years, I’ve had many jobs: nanny, paralegal (where I met my husband!), marketing assistant at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and, most recently, a stay-at-home mom. After having our two children, my husband and I felt our family was complete. But life had other plans.
I had the unique opportunity to be a surrogate for my brother and sister-in-law. After the birth of their child, I was determined to get back into shape and challenge myself physically. That’s when my brother, an avid runner, encouraged me to sign up for a 5K. That simple push ignited my passion for fitness.
The Beginning of a New Chapter
As I dove deeper into running and fitness, I began feeling more confident at the gym. One day, the Group Exercise Director asked if I’d be interested in teaching fitness classes. At first, I was hesitant, but once I started, I quickly realized how much I loved it—especially the sense of community. I found that the more I helped others, the more they helped me. This gave me the confidence to pursue additional certifications, and I eventually became a Certified Personal Trainer while continuing to teach group fitness.
The Call to Help More
As time went on, I started receiving more questions about fitness, nutrition, and overall health. It became clear that there was a real need for more personalized support in these areas. I decided to deepen my knowledge and enrolled in a health and wellness coaching program, alongside specialized certifications in menopause.
Through this continuous learning and growth, I realized that my true calling is to help people embrace exercise and healthy living in a way that feels authentic to them. Whether through fitness classes, personal training, or wellness coaching, I believe everyone deserves to feel empowered to take control of their health. It’s not about the scale or how much weight you can lift—it’s about how you feel in your body and how you show up for yourself every day.
Gratitude and Looking Ahead
I’m incredibly grateful for every step of this journey, and I’m excited to continue helping others achieve their wellness goals. Moving forward, I’ll be sending monthly newsletters with valuable insights, tips, and inspiration to support you on your own health and wellness path. If there’s a specific topic you’d like to learn more about, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

In addition to these newsletters, I host free monthly community events and would love for you to join us. You can find more information about these events, my coaching services, and everything else on my Instagram @sarahlesser.coaching or my website at sarahlessercoaching.com.

New Menopause News
It all begins with an idea.
✨ Huge News for Women’s Health — A Fresh Start for Hormone Therapy!
Hi Friends,
Big things are happening in women’s health — and it’s about time!
The FDA just removed the old black box warning from many hormone therapy products used for menopause. That warning made HRT sound scary for years, even though newer research shows it can be a safe and powerful option for many women.
What does this mean?
It means women can finally talk about hormone therapy without all the fear and confusion. For those struggling with hot flashes, night sweats, mood changes, sleep issues, or energy dips — this is such hopeful news.
We’re moving into a new era where women’s midlife health gets the respect and attention it deserves — not stigma or silence.
But don't forget: it’s not just about hormones.
If you’re curious about how to feel your best through the menopause transition — from nutrition and movement to sleep, mindset, and lifestyle habits — I’d love to help.
As a menopause health and wellness coach, I work with women every day to feel stronger, more balanced, and more in control during this time of their life.
If you want to talk about your options, learn more about this new hormone therapy update, or just explore what’s right for you, reach out — I’m here for you.
Here’s to empowered choices, balanced hormones, and feeling amazing in your own skin!
