With built-in structure, accountability, and ongoing encouragement, this program empowers you to make sustainable changes for long-term health. Please note: this offering does not include menopause-specific coaching strategies.

12- Week Weightloss Medication Support and Nutrition Offering

This 12-session, weekly coaching program is designed to support individuals who are preparing for or currently using weight loss medication. The program focuses on developing healthy eating habits, incorporating sustainable exercise routines, and building lifestyle practices that complement the effects of medication. You’ll receive personalized guidance, practical strategies, and actionable tips to help improve your nutrition, support your weight loss journey, and achieve long-term wellness goals. With built-in structure, accountability, and ongoing support, this program empowers you to make informed choices and create lasting habits. Please note: this program is intended to complement your healthcare provider’s recommendations—medication is not prescribed.
