Meet Sarah Lesser
Hi, I’m Sarah Lesser. I’ve spent over 15 years working in the health and wellness field. The work I’m most passionate about is supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. This phase of life can bring unexpected changes—physically and emotionally—and my goal is to help women feel informed, supported, and confident in their bodies again.
I’m certified as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Health and Wellness Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and a Certified Menopause Coach. My approach looks beyond hormones alone and focuses on the full picture of health, including nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, body changes, education, and mindset.
I believe coaching should feel supportive, realistic, and personal—not overwhelming. I meet women where they are and work alongside them as a trusted partner, helping them build sustainable habits that support strength, energy, and long-term well-being during this transition and beyond.
