“I cannot recommend Sarah Lesser Coaching enough, truly. I’ve known Sarah for over a decade and, in that time, she has helped me immensely, both with training advice and, more recently, nutrition advice. The former helps me lower my personal homicide rate (to paraphrase Elle Woods, Esq., endorphins make you happy, happy people don’t shoot their husbands…or anyone else). But the latter has *really* made a measurable difference. Like every woman in this stage of life, I’ve had to adapt to changes in my metabolism and the way my body reacts to certain exercise; the things that worked with certainty suddenly didn’t. With a few tweaks that seem simple in hindsight, I’m back to feeling more like myself and less self-conscious in my appearance.
