New 6 Week Group Session

Spring is in the air, and it’s such a natural time to reset, refocus, and build habits that help you feel your best heading into summer.
I wanted to share a quick update—my next 6-week group coaching program has been rescheduled and will now begin on Sunday, April 5th and run for 6 weeks.
If you’ve been feeling a little off lately—struggling with things like weight gain, poor sleep, low energy, or achy joints—you are not alone. This phase of life can feel frustrating, but it’s also a powerful opportunity to take back control and create supportive, sustainable habits.
This program is designed to give you both structure and support, while connecting you with other women going through similar experiences. There’s something really powerful about being in a space where you feel understood.
Here’s what’s included in the 6 weeks:
2 individual 30-minute coaching sessions focused on your personal goals
Weekly Zoom meetings where we dive into topics that matter to you (nutrition, exercise, mindset, and more)
Weekly newsletters for guidance and education
Group text support for connection, accountability, and sharing wins/challenges
A guided workbook to help you stay consistent and focused
All of this for $350 for the full 6 weeks.
