I’m excited to again offer my 6-week group coaching program, designed to support women in midlife with menopause education, nutrition that works with changing hormones, movement that supports strength and metabolism, and mindset tools for sustainable change—all within a supportive, like-minded community.

This structured program is an opportunity to make meaningful, realistic progress toward your health and wellness goals—building habits you can maintain this year and beyond, while feeling informed, supported, and empowered in your body.💡 What’s Included:
