Join us for a free bodyweight workout that's perfect for all fitness levels—no equipment needed! After we get moving, stick around for a casual group discussion on staying healthy while traveling. We'll chat about practical tips for managing your diet, keeping up with exercise, and getting quality sleep on the go. It’s a great way to connect, learn, and stay on track with your wellness goals wherever life takes you!
